Hospitality in focus
Builds on the work of Essential Language for 6 departmentsIn-depth grammar and service English
Each 20 hour book contains five chapters, each focusing on an SOP or service sequence.If you want to go past the essentials, this is for you. For intermediate to advanced students.

English for International Hospitality
Focusing on the skills for the TOEIH testing systemA fluency, guest relationship related course
Each course focuses on one of the TOEIH skills, speaking, reading, writing or listening.Best for properties needing an English testing system, using the TOEIH test or focusing on specific language competencies.
