Five Star Language was started in 2003 to write English training material including text books, and multi-media solutions for the hospitality sector, as well as offer training in language using this material to hotels and resorts.
First and foremost we are a teaching and training company specialising in teaching English for hospitality to hotels. We have worked over the years with some of the greatest hotel brands, and we have developed our courses over thousands of hours of use, practice and regular updates.
We've been teaching English for hotels since the turn of the millennium, spreading our lessons across 8 different countries. In that time we have worked with some of the greats, both in terms of brands and hoteliers, we really have seen it all. Each 20 hour book contains five chapters, each focusing on an SOP or service sequence.

A fluency, guest relationship related course
Each course focuses on one of the TOEIH skills, speaking, reading, writing or listening.
Best for properties needing an English testing system, using the TOEIH test or focusing on specific language competencies.
